Not too long ago there was a great album release on Victory Records by a band called Bayside. The album, "Sirens and Condolences", is their latest release and I believe it is an amazing cd. As soon as you put this album in your cd player/stereo, you'll be amazed by a track called, "Masterpeice", I think the song sounds very powerful, exciting, and is definitely a great song to have as the start off of the album. I have to mention the next song, "Poison In My Veins", I think it's a awesome song with great lyrics. It's definitely one of my favorites and I think everyone should give it a listen. The next few songs are definitely ones you want to check out. But one of my absolute favorites has to be, "A Synonym for Acquiesce", which I think has great catchy lyrics and I love it. Definitely an awesome song. After that song, I really can't tell which ones are my favorites. Each track after, "A Synonym for Acquiesce", I love and I can't pick favorites out of them. It looks like you'll just have to get the album yourself and decipher which song you like more than others. It's definitely a tough decision when it comes to picking one favorite off the album. I know I certainly can't. And another thing about this release was that it's an Enhance Cd, so then you get to see a few outtakes on working on the album and Andrew [bass] gives his input on why he wrote the songs the way he did and how he did them. "Sirens and Condolences" is an amazing album and you should pick it up to see for yourself.
